Hello hello just a quick web-only post because election results are now incredibly hard to find on the city website.

Here’s the PDF (i’m working on getting it into a spreadsheet, will update when I do… the clerk should be doing this….) and below are some screen caps of the live results from cable access.

At Large Council

Big loser of the night is Charles Luster, who I did not have on my bingo card for bottoming out of the at-large race. A pleasant surprise. That guy stinks.

Big winner is Gary Rosen, who we decided on the stream is the Tom Bombadil of Worcester, unknowable except he is at all times engaged in the act of frolicking. His role in things unknown but presumably benevolent.

Strong showings from Worcester Sucks picks Jermoh Kamara and Cayden Davis. Donna Colorio looking mighty vulnerable.

Bergman outperforming King is an omen. A call to get hustling, volunteer, donate to the good candidates.

Toward that end I turned the WS linktree into a directory for donation and volunteer pages.

School Committee District E

And then over in School Committee District E, the white insurrectionist performs well in the new district system created to help candidates of color.

Nelly Medina puts up strong numbers, setting up a repeat of the Roy vs Medina match-up last year. If Noelia Chafoya’s people go for Nelly she’ll clobber Roy and we’ll have removed a great shame on the city. Something to keep in mind.

More thoughts and notes as they come in. This post is what they call a living document. Any typos were on purpose. Emailing out a proper post later this week. I picked up a landscaping shift tomorrow so after that. Probably Thursday.
