Strong episode, and really dug the Bobby Weir tribute. I'm guessing every Deadhead in Worcester County is weighing in lol and I'll add my 2 cents...Weir was the kid, the face, the merry prankster who morphed into a gracious elder statesman. His transformation after Garcia died, becoming the focal point of all the various post-Dead bands, was awesome. Seeing him take on those Garcia songs gave them a new meaning. I've been a 'head for 40+ years and you both made an accurate point about the Dead gaining their recognition as the best American band ever, and their enduring influence, over the past 10 years. Their music will be part of the fabric of American music forever.

Also, "Black-Throated Wind" was Bobby's best tune. You heard me.
