Worcester is full of chickens! Will there be any enforcement at all? Will the quality of life crew be assigned yet another hopeless mission? I guess animal control would have to be involved before there was a removal of livestock. After all, chickens are animals, right? Then, who will take care of all these poor chickens? As always, in a city that can't legislate itself people will just do anarchism. Look at the Boynton Park dog park.
