I heard hints of this story as soon as I started to work in Worcester's local politics. The whispers were everywhere. When that creep showed up at an an event, parents were warned by those in the know to make sure their daughters were never left alone with that man for one second. I thank you for bringing it out on the verge of an election that will either leave Monfredo's apologists able to continue their dirty work or drive them from the seats of power.
