Actually, editing the URL to use vxtwitter just redirects me to the original link, which gives me the error. The image links are working for me now, though.

You can use instances like vxtwitter to get around that problem. Just replace “x.com” with “vxtwitter.com” in the URL.

Yeah, I noticed that both vxtwitter and nitter have been acting flaky as of late; it might be X itself trying to break their functionality.
