No developer should EVER be allowed to fix up its own traffic impact report. How is that even legal? The City needs to hire its own analysts. I served on boards in a small NH town, and we threw that shit out all the time.
You can ask the Planning Board to require a peer review of the study where the city would hire someone and Amazon would pay for it. This also has the benefit of dragging out the permitting process and making it more onerous and expensive for amazon.
