According to Wikipedia, while Chamberlain died in Worcester, he's buried in Cambridge at Mt. Auburn Cemetery. See at the bottom of the article:
"Chamberlain died on November 10, 1908, in Worcester, Massachusetts, and was buried in Mount Auburn Cemetery.[2]"
